Return/Exchange Policy

RETURN/CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE POLICY

 You can cancel your order any time before it ships and receive a full refund.

  • After shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. There are no refunds after shipping.
  • Proof of purchase is required to claim exchange.
  • Damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to product use will not be exchanged.
  • Customer will be liable to pay any shipping and handling charges to exchange the product.
  • The product will be exchanged for the same color, size and brand bought originally unless its out of stock

 

 This warranty does not apply:

(a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and leakage.

(b) to replacement pods/replacement cartridges and tanks

(c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;

(d) to all kind of e-liquids/ejuices

(e) to all devices after 30 days from the date of purchase (some conditions apply.)

 

 International orders

VAT, customs, brokerage fees and duties are not included in the shipping rate. Any additional costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Cleaning prior to exchange

If an exchange is required, the product must be thoroughly cleaned and clear of any foreign substance.
